Upcycling, ecofriendliness, and reinvention are highly focused upon in fashion of the 2010s. Our take was to create Respoke, repurposed designer silk scarves into handmade espadrilles and other reimagined clothing. The red and gold branding gives a strong nod to Spain where the espadrilles are made. First debuted at Bergdorf Goodman in New York, Respoke continued to grow. Now offered in multiple major retailers, Respoke’s own retail locations, and online.
